We conduct our research in consumers’ homes or in their local communities. Someone’s story about how and where a product fits into their life is always more complete when it is told in their home, rather than in a central viewing facility.
Because our research projects take place in markets around the world we have learnt never to assume that we understand your consumers until we have met them – and often their families – individually.
